Shot(s) Whiskey - Irish ingredient
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar - Brown ingredient
Cream
1 Shot(s) Cream ingredient
Garnish

Directions

Steps: Irish Coffee (IBA)

Warm 2 min
Warm the Irish whiskey over a burner.
Warm gently — never boil. You want to release aromas, not cook the spirits.

Pour 1 min
Pour into the glass (for hot drink) hot coffee, and add a teaspoon of sugar.
Pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon to layer cleanly.

Float 1 min
Float Cream on top.
Float carefully by pouring over the back of a spoon.
