Cut the Birds Eye Chili Pepper into one or two segements about an inch long and a quart inch wide.

If you want more heat add more chilis ir you want less add fewer chili segments.

Place all ingredeints in a shaker with ice.

Shake

Shake well, strain into a chilled glass.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker frosts. Always use fresh ice.
